Ferm advises utilities, municipalities and companies at the intersection of
energy, water and business. We combine technical and financial perspectives in
analyses, strategies and projects that make utility services more efficient and
sustainable.
We have built our own digital tools for project management, sales and
documentation, and we develop them with AI. That is why we are looking for
students who want to learn a new way of building software — and for engineering
students who want to work on real utility projects.
